yang di maksudkan test ni adalah test ergo 2000m..

aku postponed wat test.. dari hari ke hari..
tak buat2 jugak..
akhirnya hari ini dapat jugak..
lega rasanya..

imran dah send aku nye result kat kak mus...

the result of test 2k was around 10.11...
one thums up n one thumbs down..
ntahla..
the other rowers dah tak nampak dh nom 10..
meke sume 9 ke atas..ok..
aduh..
i'm improve..
before this 10.40.. hari tu test dapat kalah kan eton 1 saat jer..
kali ini 6 saat..
erm i'm still not strong enough..
